Reviews and Ratings
The hotel provided a mixed experience with beautiful and spacious rooms but in need of a serious upgrade. Despite a reek of smoke in our supposedly non-smoking room, the overall stay was okay. The service was helpful overall but lacked friendliness at times. The location was excellent for exploring the city and its main attractions. Dining was good but could use some improvements, and the facilities were decent.
My stay at this hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, although a bit dated, were clean and comfortable with a cozy queen-size bed. The location was convenient, close to the lively street of tapas and the city center, but the rooms facing the street were a bit noisy making it hard to get a good night's sleep. The service varied from unfriendly and rude to very helpful and accommodating. The dining experience was good, especially for exploring the nearby tapas bars and restaurants. Overall, a decent hotel with some room for improvement.
The hotel offers quiet rooms, although with no view at all and no breakfast included. The room was well-appointed, but lacked tea/coffee facilities. The service was friendly and attentive, with staff members even remembering me from my previous stay. The location is the best thing about the hotel, being only a few minutes' walk from the main attractions and right in the heart of Logroño. The dining experience was good, especially for local seafood. Overall, a convenient and central hotel with some room for improvement.
I stayed at the hotel for a few nights and had a mixed experience. The location was fantastic, just a couple of blocks away from Laurel St and the city center, making it easy to walk to bars and restaurants. However, the noise at night was quite bothersome, and the room had a noticeable smoke smell despite being a non-smoking room.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, well-equipped, and ready early for us, but we experienced some noise at night. The service was friendly and helpful, with secure parking available, although our car was too big for the underground parking. The location was really good, just a couple of blocks away from Laurel St and the city center. The dining was plentiful but not exceptional. Overall, good value for money.
My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. While the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the room I had faced the front of the hotel, making it really noisy until the early hours. Despite trying to adjust the aircon, it was still too warm, and the room had a dark, dingy feel with a strong smell of cleaning products lingering in the air. On the upside, the location is absolutely fantastic, right inside the old town with easy access to numerous bars and restaurants just a stone's throw away.
